Ian Beattie

Chairman

Ian is a Chartered Accountant. He is Chief Operating Officer of Lindsays Solicitors, and Vice Chair of the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH). Currently a member of Harmeny Athletic Club, Ian has previously been a member of Portobello, Strathearn Harriers, Central and Troon Tortoises. He is Race Director of the West Highland Way Race, having completed the event eight times, and has completed more than 100 marathons and 100 half marathons, with PBs of 2.56 and 1.17 respectively.
