Hill Running Commission Convenor

Hugh has been Convenor of Scottish Athletics Hill Running Commission since 2009, and a committee member of Central AC for a similar period. As a participant, he races on hill, cross country and road. He is a civil servant, working in Edinburgh, and is married with five daughters, all of whom have enjoyed athletics at their own level.
